By accessing and using RoastAI, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Nature of the Service

RoastAI is a comedic platform designed to generate satirical, mocking, and insulting text and images based on user inputs. By using the platform, you acknowledge that the content generated is strictly for entertainment purposes. We are not responsible for any hurt feelings, damaged egos, or broken relationships resulting from sharing our generated content.

3. User Conduct and Input

You agree not to use the service to generate content that involves:

• Hate speech or targeted harassment of real individuals.
• Illegal content or promotions of illegal acts.
• Deepfakes or explicit imagery.

We reserve the right to ban accounts that attempt to bypass our safety filters to generate malicious content.

4. Subscriptions and Refunds

Paid plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly via our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile dashboard. Due to the computational costs of AI generation, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused credits.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the AI will always be funny, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
